A production drawing, carried through the run
We make sheet-metal enclosures and boxes to the customer's drawing: cut, formed, welded, finished and packed to the agreed scope. For repeat requirements, tell us the annual quantity and call-off pattern so we can quote the run rather than a generic box.

Specify ingress protection carefully
IS/IEC 60529 describes degrees of protection provided by enclosures. The complete enclosure configuration matters: doors, seals, cable glands, gland plates and ventilation openings can all affect the intended result. State the required standard, enclosure configuration and testing evidence in the enquiry.
Questions buyers ask
Can you supply an IP-rated enclosure?+
An ingress-protection rating is established by testing the complete enclosure, including its door, gaskets, glands and hardware. We can build to a drawing designed for a required rating; we do not assign a rating to an untested enclosure.
What do you need for a bulk enclosure quotation?+
Send the drawing revision, annual quantity or call-off pattern, material, finish, hardware and inspection requirements. This lets us quote the run against the stated specification.
Can you quote a first article before a production run?+
Tell us if a prototype is intended as a first article for a later production run, so that the quotation and drawing review can reflect that purpose.
