Pankaj Fabricators is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our Quality Management System governs every stage of our manufacturing process — from drawing review and material procurement through CNC cutting, bending, welding, and finishing, to final inspection, testing, and dispatch.

Our in-house quality controls include dimensional inspection at forming and welding stages, weld quality checks (visual and DI penetration testing), and product-level testing including leakage, vacuum, and pressure testing for transformer tanks, radiators, and other sealed assemblies.
Pankaj Fabricators is registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework of India. Our GST Identification Number (GSTIN) is 08AABFP2280Q1ZT. The prefix '08' confirms our registration in the state of Rajasthan.
All commercial transactions are conducted with proper GST invoicing. Buyers requiring GST-compliant tax invoices, HSN codes, and supply documentation for their procurement records will find our invoicing fully compliant with applicable Indian tax regulations.
For large-volume or project-based purchases, we can provide advance GST documentation as part of the quotation and purchase order process on request.
Our fabricated products are manufactured in accordance with applicable Indian Standards (IS) and customer-specified standards where applicable. Transformer tanks and associated components are manufactured to customer-provided General Arrangement (GA) drawings, which may reference IS, IEC, or other standards as required by the end application.
Welding is performed by experienced welders trained in MIG and ARC welding processes. Weld quality is maintained through process discipline, in-process inspection, and post-weld testing. For critical applications, additional NDE (non-destructive examination) such as DI penetration testing is performed.
Surface treatment — shot blasting, epoxy painting, and powder coating — is carried out to industry-standard surface preparation grades (Sa 2.5 for shot blasting) and coating thickness requirements as specified by the customer or application.
All supply is governed by a mutually agreed Purchase Order (PO) or written order confirmation. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to revision if material costs change significantly before order confirmation.
Delivery timelines stated in our quotations are indicative and based on current production schedules. We communicate proactively if any change to a committed timeline is anticipated. Risk of goods transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first seek resolution through direct negotiation. The jurisdiction for any unresolved disputes is the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and Indian law governs all commercial arrangements with Pankaj Fabricators.
All drawings, designs, and specifications provided by the customer remain the intellectual property of the customer. We do not share, reproduce, or use customer drawings for any purpose other than manufacturing the ordered products.
Our manufacturing processes, internal tooling, and process documentation are the proprietary knowledge of Pankaj Fabricators and are not disclosed to third parties.
